We operate on a flat fee of $2,750 to fill your role, which is well below market standard of 25%-33% of the first year salary. We do require this fee to be paid upfront but the good news is that our job isn't done until you hire a candidate we send you. See below for what the process looks like.     What is Skilled Trade .Jobs?

    We are a subsidiary of ServiceBull.com and so we work with service companies all over the U.S. One consistent theme we always hear is the need to find good skilled employees. So that is what we are building. We want to give you another option rather than putting money towards the same job boards always.

    How many candidates can I expect?

    As you can imagine, this is tough to answer. It depends on your job, your company, your pay, your benefits, the job market and many other factors. Sometimes we are able to find a hire in days, sometimes it can take months. The good news is with the Fill my Job option we won't stop until it is filled!

    What if my pay isn't at the top of the market?

    That's ok. We talk to candidates everyday who are looking to leave top paying roles because they value something else. Maybe it is impact, maybe it is independence, maybe it is work life balance. Pay and benefits are definitely important, but not the only factor.
